A great representation of the Bordeaux blanc and for a delightful bright, fruitful and delicious white wine you can’t beat the price.

Description

The Good Stuff

The deliciously light and fruity wine is very refreshing and has an delightful sour apple factor.

It manages being a simple wine very well. It doesn’t have a lot of complexities.

The Bad Stuff

It’s a very simple flavor and does not have the complexity to change as you try it with other foods.

The wine could be a little tart for some enthusiasts if they’re not ready for it.

Wine Critics

The wine balances acidity and full fruitiness. These show in the lively, fresh character as well as the rich apple and pear flavors. Best Buy. – Wine Enthusiast

Light and fruity, the wine is dilute and gently textured. It is ready to drink. – Roger Voss

Flavor Profile

The wine is very light and refreshing with flavors of sour apple and pear. It has a medium-light body and good balance of dryness with acidity.

Wine Pairings

A great dish to pair with this Bordeaux blanc would be to use a seafood dish like shrimp or scallops to compliment the light and refreshing flavors. We found a great recipe on Tasteofhome.com for seafood alfredo http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/seafood-fettuccine-alfredo
